ABOUT US

Chapter 4 was founded in 2010 as the result of an initiative of four agencies in 4 CEE markets after many years of collaborating on numerous PR and public affairs projects. Within a short time, Chapter 4 has emerged as a market-leading, region-wide agency network in CEE. From our headquarters in Vienna, we now manage a comprehensive network of agencies in CEE/SEE and support a wide range of international and regional clients.

We develop sustainable strategies and offer our clients the management of all communication tasks in this region. We ensure unified quality standards, simple contractual terms and conditions based on Austrian law, consolidated reporting and invoicing as well as professional expertise on site.
